Publication of the updated FAQ in regard to the liquidity ratio requirements <Summary> The FSA published the updated FAQ in regard to the liquidity ratio requirements in response to the BOJ's (Bank of Japan's) introduction of the "Funds-Supplying Operations to Support Financing for Climate Change Responses." The updates mainly allow for collateral pledged by financial institutions to the BOJ when using the funds-supplying operations to support the private sector's climate change-initiatives/-responses to be treated as an exception to the NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio) requirements, as applied to other non-standard funds-supplying operations.
